- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Had a important but non urgent/life threatening question for Dr. Chacon- e-mailed her on Tuesday morning, left two additional messages on Wednesday- during 2nd call the office staff assured us that she would return our call by the close of business. Didn't receive a call so we e-mailed again on Wednesday evening (requesting a different doctor to assist us), hadn't received a call by 2pm therefore left an additional message, the office assured us she would return our call within the hour. Again we didn't hear from her and called back at 4:15 and finally spoke with her after holding for 25 minutes. New to this office but if this is a typical representation of their customer service, we'll be switching!February 21, 2017by A Google User
