- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Ely is fantastic! Pros: On-Time Appointment - I was in the lobby for 1-2 minutes max. No Surprises - Detailed Explanation of the x-rays, exam, and cleaning process. Courteous - Extra Pillow for my neck, checking in with me for comfort during exam and cleaning. Detailed - Cleaning felt very thorough. Polishing was complete, not skimmed over like previous cleanings at other places. Recommendation - Scheduled an appt for a cavity, and got advice on how to deal with bigger issues. No pressure and only necessary recommendations were made. Cons: Dr Ely and her staff were so nice, wish I could have stayed and chatted!
